As it is with my install the storage container is stuck to the wall. Use wipes to clean it and the dispenser is attached with no more than the friction of the mating surface. It's a nice dispenser. One other note. Once the unit is powered on, it will automatically dispense once the little cup is put in place. This mouthwash dispenser ensures you an easy refills.
