Everything from the hand held scrubber to the brushes and the extension poles are well made. Definitely not a flimsy gadget yet not heavy in the hand either. I bought it specifically for our new shower which the tile goes all the way up to the ceiling and was stressing how to clean way up there. I used the extension pole and done! This definitely is exactly what we needed. Nice assortment of brushes to choose from. I love this and specially my wife bcoz she really like to maintain the bathroom clean.
